步骤
1.面粉、水、干酵母粉混合,揉成光滑面团

5.发好酵的面团排气,切成等量小剂(30克——50克均可);
6.每小剂擀成中间略厚,四周略薄的面皮,放入馅
7.将馅包入,封口
8.蒸锅抹油,放入包子坯。盖上锅盖,再发酵20分钟,接着大火15分钟即可。关火后不揭盖,5分钟后,将盖打开一点点,让它略成倾斜状,2分钟后,开锅趁热取出包子
